Full time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Schedule: Full time
Normal business hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
Starting wage: based on experience, starting $18/hour; mileage reimbursed
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help patients with mobility, transfers, and exercise routines
- Assist with light housekeeping and ensure the patient’s environment is safe and clean
- Maintain accurate patient records and report any concerns to the healthcare team
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families
Qualifications
- Current Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant, CPR, Mandatory Reporter
- Preferred candidates have at least 1 year of experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care plans
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Contribute to a productive work environment with all team members
- Electronic charting experience and basic computer skills required
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
